I remember seeing students beg the teacher to let them watch the World Cup in class for some reason, and they were W I L D about it. Literally counting down minutes and everything until they could watch it.

I personally don't understand the obsession with sports at all (including the world cup) but that was... interesting to see...

yeah, my teacher for the class is really into it, so he let us watch as long as we also got our work done.

neither do i, especially team sports, but i could see how someone would enjoy watching them. very interesting...

Ig I'm lucky FIFA and it's happening in the country where I live, so um yeah I already went to 3 FIFA games in person. I'm just glad Argentina beat Netherlands.
