Sakshi, Ishu, Khushbu, Tanishka, and Shafiya had been best friends since middle school. Each of them was different in her own way, but they shared an unbreakable bond that made them inseparable.

"This isn’t just a threat," Shafiya spoke up for the first time, her voice heavy with realization. "This is a game. They're making us play it."
Sakshi narrowed her eyes at the symbol. "And we’re not going to lose."
The voice echoed again, louder this time. “You think you can outsmart me? The game has just begun.”
A phone buzzed in Ishu’s pocket. She pulled it out to see a chilling message from an unknown number: You are being watched. Your every move will decide your fate.
Tanishka, visibly shaken, clung to Sakshi's arm. "What do we do now?"
Sakshi, whose bravery had always been a shield, stood firm. "We stick together. We survive this, or we don’t survive at all. But we’re not backing down."
The group moved cautiously toward the symbol, trying to make sense of its meaning. Shafiya, though known for her quietness, now spoke with unexpected clarity. "The symbol... it’s a mark of a curse. I’ve read about things like this. We need to solve it, or we’ll be trapped forever."
As the girls approached the symbol, the library seemed to warp around them. Books fell from shelves as if some unseen force was throwing them aside. The ground beneath them trembled.
"Focus," Sakshi said, her voice low but steady. "We need to solve whatever this is."

With a final, sharp crack, the eerie voice disappeared, and the lights flickered back on.
The library returned to its quiet, dusty state. The five friends stood in silence, their hearts racing from the adrenaline.
“We did it,” Khushbu whispered, her eyes wide with disbelief.
Sakshi smiled, her chest heaving with relief. “Together.”
They knew that whatever came next, they could handle it. As long as they stayed united, nothing could break their bond.
